1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TinyHome Lender by Zook Cabins (the "Site"), operated by LendTech Pro LLC and Zook Cabins LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.
3. What this Site does
The Site provides general information about park model and tiny home financing and lets you submit a request to be connected with third-party lending partners. The Site, including the payment estimator and eligibility check, is for informational purposes only. Results are estimates, are not an application for credit, and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
4. No commitment to lend
We are not a lender, broker, or financial institution. Submitting information through the Site does not constitute a loan application, an offer or commitment to lend, or a guarantee of financing, rates, or terms. All credit decisions are made solely by the third-party lenders, subject to their own criteria, verification, and approval.
5. Accuracy of your information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and not to submit information on behalf of anyone else without authorization. Submitting false information may result in denial of financing and may violate law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to LendTech Pro LLC and Zook Cabins LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
7. Prohibited uses
- Using the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Site or its security.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
- Using automated means to scrape or harvest data without permission.
- Submitting another person's information without authorization.
8. Third-party lenders & links
The Site connects you with third-party lenders and may link to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their products, terms, decisions, content, or privacy practices. Any dealings you have with a lender are solely between you and that lender.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any estimate or information is accurate or applicable to your situation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LendTech Pro LLC, Zook Cabins LLC, and their affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will the total, aggregate liability of LendTech Pro LLC, Zook Cabins LLC, and their affiliates for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Site, if any, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LendTech Pro LLC, Zook Cabins LLC, their affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
