1. Who we are & scope
This Privacy Policy explains how LendTech Pro LLC and Zook Cabins LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operators of Tiny Home Lender at www.tinyhomelender.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Site or submit a pre-qualification request.
We help connect customers seeking park model and tiny home financing with third-party lending partners. We are not a lender.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you use the payment estimator, complete the eligibility check, and submit your contact request, you may provide:
- Identity & contact details — your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Eligibility details — your answers to the eligibility questions, such as the state where you live, the state where the park model will be located, property ownership status, and intended use.
- Payment estimator selections — your desired loan amount, estimated credit score range, and chosen payment term.
We do not collect Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, street addresses, or income information through the Site. The information you submit is encrypted in your browser before it is transmitted. See Section 5.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we (and our analytics providers, if any) may collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs. See Section 9.
3. How we use your information
- To evaluate your eligibility and route your request to one or more lending partners.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information for money. See Section 7 regarding state-law definitions of "sale" and "sharing."
4. How we share your information
- Lending partners. We share your eligibility and contact information with third-party lenders (for example, Thrive Financial and Pure Finance, and Luminate Bank for chattel financing) so they may contact you and process your request. Each lender's own privacy policy then governs its handling of your information.
- Service providers. We use vendors that host the Site, store encrypted submissions, and provide analytics or communications, under contracts that limit their use of your information.
- Legal & safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, and safety.
- Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. How we protect your information
We use end-to-end encryption for application data: your submission is encrypted in your browser using a public key, and can only be decrypted by authorized personnel holding the corresponding private key. Stored submissions are kept as encrypted ciphertext. We also limit the data collected — for example, retaining only the last four digits of a Social Security Number.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You provide information at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your own devices and accounts secure.
6. Data retention
We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to facilitate your financing request and as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction or deletion; opt out of certain processing, "sales," or "sharing"; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with privacy laws may have specific rights.
To make a request, contact us using Section 13. We will verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
California "Shine the Light": California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
8. Financial privacy (GLBA)
Because we facilitate consumer financing, certain information you provide may be "nonpublic personal information" under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). We restrict access to this information to those who need it to provide our services and maintain safeguards designed to protect it. Please see our GLBA Privacy Notice for details about what we collect, what we share, and your rights to limit sharing.
9. Cookies & tracking
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality and, if enabled, analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including lenders. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be posted on this page.
